Two men from New Castle are in jail on meth charges due to a traffic stop early Tuesday morning. Police pulled a van over that was speeding and deployed their K-9 dog to search the vehicle. They found narcotics and arrested 50-year-old Barry Bogart and 45-year-old Virgle Carey on various charges. Both are in custody at the Henry County jail.
