A Muncie man has pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice while two other charges were dismissed. 38-year-old Lamotta Lupin Roundtree was arrested after his 6-year-old son was accidently shot in the groin by a 15-year-old baby sitter, who found the weapon in the home. The judge imposed a one-year suspended sentence, and one year of probation.
