The city of Muncie has filed its first argument against a local man’s lawsuit to stop the city’s plan to loan $4.5 million for a near downtown makers hub. The city argued in a recent court filing that Thomas Bracken’s lawsuit is premature and fails to adequately state its claims, among other criticisms.
