Ivy Tech Community College has named a new chancellor for the Muncie campus. Jeff Scott was vice chancellor of academic affairs for the college’s Anderson, Muncie, Marion and Richmond regions. He takes over as the Muncie campus prepares to embark on $43 million in capital improvement projects.
