On Friday at the Delaware County Fairgrounds, dozens of organizations will provide services and resources to those who are homeless, nearly homeless, or who just need a helping hand. Those in attendance will get help with financial assistance and programs, employment and education services, government assistance, veteran’s services, health screenings, and more.
