A funeral director accused of felony sexual battery on a female customer is pleading guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor battery. 43-year-old Thomas A. Oswalt pleaded guilty in the incident which took place at a now-closed Winchester Funeral Home. He’s now seeking to get his license re-instated.
