A complaint of conflict of interest has been closed by the Madison County Prosecutor’s office. The complaint filed by Anderson Councilman Ollie Dixon against fellow Councilman Lance Stephenson was dismissed after the prosecutor found that Stephenson was not receiving any monetary benefit from a remodeling job at the water pollution control department.
