President Donald Trump will speak at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Wednesday to promote the Republican-led federal tax reform plan. The event will begin at 5 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Building at the fairgrounds on Indy’s north side. The visit comes as he tries to persuade Democratic Indiana Sen. Joe Donnelly to support the tax overhaul.
