A Portland resident will pay the price for unemployment insurance fraud. 37-year-old Ruben Gutierrez was being paid for working while receiving unemployment insurance benefits. He has been sentenced to six months of home detention, followed by three and a half years of probation and must also repay more than 18-thousand dollars.
