Lt. Jonathan Taube, one of the local leaders of The Salvation Army in Muncie, has been called to deploy to the Houston area to join crews already at work feeding and sheltering disaster victims. In immediate response to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, The Salvation Army mobilized thousands of officers and volunteers from around the nation to aid in recovery efforts.
