The company that developed the Lofts at Roberts has other downtown Muncie projects in mind. Miller-Valentine is proposing a 12-unit, two-story townhouse apartment building and a 22-unit, three-story loft apartment building on either side of Walnut six blocks south of the downtown roundabout. The company is seeking zoning variances for the two projects.
