Community leaders from Chesterfield, Elwood, Lapel, Summitville, Pendleton, and Madison County met with Gov. Eric Holcomb and Indiana Department of Transportation officials Monday to accept checks from the Community Crossings grant. The grant was created in 2016 by the Indiana General Assembly to address infrastructure needs throughout the state.
