Anderson police have foiled a plan to rob a pizza deliveryman. A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on charges of attempted robbery and placed in custody at the Madison County Youth Center. Also arrested was 23-year-old Chellsie Smith and 28-year-old Dustin Morgan. Both have been booked into the Madison County Jail, while the investigation continues.
