A Portland man has been charged with attempted murder. 24-year-old Zachary Douglas DeVega is accused of repeatedly stabbing 34-year-old Christopher A. Loden. The victim was eventually flown to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. DeVega is being held in the Jay County jail under a $100,000 bond.
