A brand new adult surgical unit is now up and running at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital. The Muncie Journal reports it’s on the 9th floor in the North towe and relocates part of another floor where patients are put post surgery. Officials say they now have double the space in private rooms, 25 in all on the new ninth floor, to accommodate family and to help healing.
