He’s accused of holding an acquaintance at gunpoint and demanding ransom to release him. 22-year-old Robinson James Mullins is charged with criminal confinement and pointing a firearm. The Muncie man was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $29,000 bond, after he allegedly pointed a shotgun at a man and demanded $10,000 from the victim’s father.
