A Muncie man was fatally stabbed Thursday afternoon, and a suspect is in custody. The victim – 27-year-old Steven Cook – was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. 19-year-old Jaylin Edword Ammon is reported to have said that Cook was selling meth to his friends and he wanted him to leave. The incident happened after Cook refused to leave the Seventh Street apartment.
