A jury determines a Muncie man did not attack his ex-girlfriend with a cooking grill. 23 year old Clayvern Jernigan had been charged with aggravated battery and other counts. When arrested police said Jernigan hit the victim in the face, knocking her unconscious during an incident at a home at 16th Street and Meeker Avenue.
