Two new police dogs for the ranks of the ISP: Pendleton Trooper Thomas Ratliff and Lt. Tony Delello have graduated from the Indiana State Police K-9 Training School with their new K-9 partners, Tora and Yana who can now detect drugs, as well as participate in the tracking and apprehension of suspects.
