The Madison County Alcoholic Beverage Commission approved a new three-way permit for a proposed music venue in Elwood. Gig Hall has been approved for the sale of beer, wine and liquor. The commission voted 4-0 to allow the new permit, following upcoming state approval and a tour of the completed space.
