The developers of the Delaware Court Apartments in downtown Anderson are on track to open the facility by the end of the year. According to the Herald Bulletin, plans include the installation of central heating and air conditioning and using the original plans for the staircase railings and posts at the main entrance. The estimated cost to refurbish the apartments, originally built in 1926, is $1 million.
