The city of Anderson is awaiting approval from the Federal Transit Administration before it can begin the process of acquiring a site for a new downtown bus terminal. According to the Herald Bulletin, the FTA needs to review and accept the environmental study for the site that has been proposed for the northeast corner of 13th and Jackson streets.
