Muncie’s former BorgWarner plant has been sold. The building has been purchased by the Jim Wallace Company of Sagamore Hills, Ohio with plans to demolish most of it leaving about 200,000 square feet available for lease. The company also plans to clean up the property and leave it looking better than it does now.
