A Muncie woman is accused of overdosing on heroin in the presence of her infant. According to the Star Press, 36-year-old Jessica Nicole Gilmore was arrested on a charge of neglect of a dependent. Police reported finding her unconscious in a bathtub. Gilmore was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $5,000 bond.
