Get ready for another traffic delay north of Muncie. INDOT crews plan to close State Road 3 between Royerton and Hartford City starting Monday to chip seal the 10-mile stretch of state highway. During the closure, traffic will be directed around the road work via Interstate 69. Access will be maintained for local traffic only.
