The sketch that was released by Indiana State Police Monday of the man they believe killed Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi, in February, was the result of months of tips. Captain Dave Bursten says they are still getting about 10 to 15 tips per day. Investigators say the person in the sketch is described as a white male between 5’ 6 and 5’ 10, weighing 180 to 220 pounds with reddish brown hair.
