He was shot Sunday morning and has since died. Police say 19-year-old Tracy Wheat II was shot in the head by 20-year-old Dillon Jackson at about 5:30am in a home northwest of Muncie. Wheat was taken to the hospital where he died Monday. Jackson is charged with attempted murder, pointing a firearm and criminal recklessness.
