A Muncie woman has been arrested after authorities say they recovered items recently stolen from a nearby home on her front porch. 34-year-old Debra Lynn Lemaster is charged with burglary, she’s accused of taking clothing, a TV and a bicycle from a nearby home. She was convicted of dealing in a controlled substance in Jay County in 2009.
