Two of Muncie’s former Marsh stores, purchased by the Kroger Company, will become Payless Supermarkets. It is unknown just exactly when the West McGalliard Road and Tillotson Avenue sites will become branded as Payless. The stores were purchased as part of the Marsh bankruptcy proceedings last month.
