A Marion man facing several robbery allegations across the state has been linked to a June 5 jewelry heist at the Muncie Mall. 44-year-old Tracy Lee Lloyd has been identified as the gunman who robbed a clerk at the J.C. Penney store in the mall. Lloyd has also been identified as a suspect in holdups in Kokomo and in the Fort Wayne area.
