The Alexandria-Monroe Chamber of Commerce has announced that FREE Back to School Haircuts will be given on Sunday, July 30th from 1-4pm at The Fringe Salon on Harrison Street in Alexandria. There will be no charge for kid’s cuts, ages 12 and under.
