Looking at expanding an electrical substation in Anderson – the facility feeds power to the Flagship Enterprise Center. The Anderson Board of Public Works will talk about it on August 15th. At that time, they’ll receive six bids on different elements of the project. The thinking is that the expansion will boost the station capacity by about 50 percent.
