Cop Says He Acted Accordingly In Shooting Incident

He felt his life was in danger and acted accordingly. That’s the take from a Muncie police officer after firing shots at a car driven by 48 year-old Charles Dinkins. The Muncie man is on trial for attempted aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, and other counts after crashing through a gate to enter a U.S. Post Office parking lot last March.
