Delaware County’s prosecutor has filed a complaint to remove Yorktown’s at-times controversial town clerk from office. The Star Press reports that Clerk Beth Neff would be removed from her position for “misfeasance and nonfeasance” and “disregard” for state requirements of her office “that amount to neglect.” A hearing on the complaint is set for July 19.
