Another person has been arrested in connection with the overdose death of a Muncie man. 29-year-old Rachelle Tucker has been arrested for reckless homicide, dealing narcotics, obstruction of justice and false informing in the death of 29-year-old Dustin Rhodes. Matt Shackelfurd, 32, is also facing charges in his death.
