The town of Ingalls has delayed the decision to vote on a new town marshal to succeed Rick Martin, who retired in March. Council President Tim Green says because they need more time to vet the pool of applicants and offer the top contender a salary package. The council is considering four applicants and plans to move forward as soon as possible.
