Muncie Animal Care Services is bursting at the seams; so the facility is holding a $5 adoption special. It is being held today from 10 to 5:30 and from noon to 3 on Saturday. The shelter is at 901 West Riggin Road. All dogs and cats up for adoption are sterilized, current on age-appropriate vaccinations and microchipped.
