Muncie officials say the city is cooperating fully with the FBI after search warrants were issued today for the Muncie Sanitary District offices. Mayor Dennis Tyler told the Star press,”The city has not been made aware of the reasons for law enforcement activity at this time.” The Thursday move comes after a February 14th indictment on 33 charges of Muncie building commissioner Craig Nichols.
