An Anderson man has been arrested after allegedly hitting a cop car head-on while driving drunk. Police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver headed southbound on Columbus Avenue from 38th Street. While searching for him, one officer was hit head-on by a truck matching the description of the wanted vehicle. 44-year-old Darrell Porter was arrested near the 3700 block of East Lynn Street.
