About 200 acres worth of seed treated with fertilizer and pesticide has been accidently dumped into Fall Creek. It happened Wednesday near the Pendleton Baptist Church. Madison County Hazmat and EMA worked to stop the seed from spreading further down the creek. The company transporting the seed is financially responsible for the cleanup.
