Muncie officials say the city is cooperating fully with the FBI after search warrants were issued Thursday at the Muncie Sanitary District offices. Mayor Dennis Tyler says the city has not been made aware of the reasons behind the law enforcement investigation. The activity comes after a February 14th indictment on 33 charges of Muncie building commissioner Craig Nichols. It is unclear if this case is related.
