Altrusa International of Muncie begins a new year on June 1st and will continue to have a hand in a number of substantial efforts in the communty. They’ve worked with the soup kitchen, the YWCA, early childhood initiatives and a number of Delaware County elementary schools. There’s also the “take a book, return a book” Little Free Library system which rovides residents access to free books 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The libraries are refilled regularly with books provided through membership book drives.
