A Muncie man who has spent much of the 21st century behind bars faces a possible return to prison. 62-year-old Michael Duane Ferguson is accused of twice selling crack to an agent for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force. The Star Press reports that Ferguson was sentenced to 28 years in prison in February of 2000 after pleading guilty to two counts of burglary.
