Meth in Muncie as a man stands accused of dealing the drug. Police say 41 year old Toma Lee Wright of the 2100 block of Hackley Street was cuffed this week. He’s charged two counts of dealing in meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. His home was raided by narcotics officers and they seized quantities of the drugs along with digitial scales and a .22 caliber handgun with a silencer.
