The Muncie campus of Ivy Tech Community College has been approved for a $39 million dollar transformation over the next few years. The total cost of the project, about $43 million, will include 4 million in private funding to be raised in a capital campaign. The funding was included in the 2017-19 budget approved by the Legislature.
