An autopsy is scheduled today for a Muncie woman who died in the Delaware County jail 51-year-old Jennifer Dawn Fowler was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. Authorities believe Fowler had tried to hang herself with “an article of clothing.” She had most recently been in the jail since April 6, when she was accused of probation violations.
