There may be a reward forthcoming for information leading to whomever has been sending anonymous letters to members of the Muncie Community School board. Member Robert “Andy” Warrner tells the Star Press that the latest mailed copies included excerpts from a novel that starts out, “I’m a sociopath.” Reportedly, members began receiving typewritten and unsigned letters during the search for a new district superintendent in 2015. .
