A man accused of killing a young New Castle woman has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. Anthony Emerson Dailey is charged with murder in the death of 22-year-old Kirsten Sidwell, whose remains were found, partially enclosed in a suitcase, in a northern Henry County pond in 2015. Terms of the proposed plea bargain were not released.
