A man who claimed he was God, was arrested after causing a disturbance inside a Muncie store Saturday. Police say 24 year old Khaliad Bilal of the 3700 block of North Tillotson Avenue also choked a clerk and broke a police officer’s hand in the incident. It unfolded at the Goodwill store at 5035 Hessler Blvd. where the suspect was said to be acting aggressively toward customers and trying to preach to people, and became increasingly agitated prior to police arriving on the scene.
