A man who reportedly overdosed in a bathroom at a Muncie convenience store is facing charges. CIty police got called to the store at 1630 N. Wheeling Avenue and found that 29 year old James Chappell had been in the bathroom there for about an hour. They found him semi-conscious with a substance identified as heroin, plus Xanax. He was taken to the hospital, then to the Delaware County Jail. He’s charged with drug possession and public intoxication.
